- All orders will endeavour to be delivered within 48 hours of the order being keyed.
- Minimum carriage paid order is £50.00 ex VAT; orders below £50.00 ex VAT will be subject to a £4.95 carriage charge. Excluding, Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands
- PSUK practices falling into the following Scottish postcodes KW, IV, AB & PA will pay £7.95 carriage charge regardless of the order size/amount.
- Damaged/Wrong goods must be reported to Customer Service within 30 days of date of invoice.
- Short deliveries must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours.
Proof of Delivery documentation is available up to 30 days from date of invoice. Any Proof of Delivery requested after this time will not be accepted. The invoice in question will be payable with or without this information
