Order Cut Off and Delivery
PHOENIX will provide a next day delivery services for all orders received before 14.00 on Monday to Thursday. All orders placed by 14.00 on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless they contain a refrigerated product; these items will not be delivered until the following Tuesday. We cannot guarantee a specific time you will receive your order, however, goods will be delivered anytime up to 18.00.
Carriage Charges
If your order contains AstraZeneca medicines it will be delivered free of charge. For all orders under £160.00 (ex VAT) a carriage charge of £5.95 + VAT will be applied.
Returns
No products are to be returned without the prior written authorisation from PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution Ltd. Please contact our customer service team on 01675 436540 if you would like to arrange a return.
In accordance with existing industry guidelines all discrepancies have to be reported to customer services within 3 working days after delivery.
Goods will not be accepted for return if they have been relabelled or used in any way, or if any tamper evident seals have been broken.
