Standard Terms & Conditions

  • 1. VAT: All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
  • 2. Terms:
  • a. Wherever possible we will provide four weeks notice of impending price increases.
  • 3. Credit Accounts: Payments are due 30 days from date of invoice

  • 4. Debit Notes:
  • a. All discrepancies must be reported to Customer Service within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
  • b. Customer Service will, upon acceptance of the discrepancy issue a Credit Note Authorisation Number. This number must be quoted on all correspondence.

5. Returns: All requests for returns must be made within 30 days of date of invoice

6. Warranty: Any faulty goods must be reported to Customer Service within 30 days of date of invoice.

7.Deliveries:

  • a. All orders will endeavour to be delivered within 48 hours of the order being keyed.
  • b. Minimum carriage paid order is £50.00 ex VAT; orders below £50.00 ex VAT will be subject to a £4.95 carriage charge. Excluding, Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands
  • c. PSUK practices falling into the following Scottish postcodes KW, IV, AB & PA will pay £7.95 carriage charge regardless of the order size
  • d. Damaged/Wrong goods must be reported to Customer Service within 30 days of date of invoice.
  • e. Short deliveries must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours.
  • f. Proof of Delivery documentation is available up to 30 days from date of invoice. Any Proof of Delivery requested after this time will not be accepted. The invoice in question will be payable with or without this information.

8. Ordering:

Chemicals:

  • a. 5 Litre chemicals need to be ordered in even numbers
  • b. 400ml, 750ml & 1Litre chemicals need to be ordered in multiples of 6 per box.
Both points above are due to transit reasons and therefore these products can be mixed on 1 order of the same size.
