The guide below has been designed to help you with our website.
It details everything you need to know about the site, including how to login, manage your account and use the web ordering facilities.
About the New Usernames
From 1st July 2009, PSUK issued new usernames and passwords to all members. The new usernames have been designed by PSUK to be both unique and informative.
The diagram below details what your username means:
Type of Practice: The first two letters of your username denote your practice type. 'DD' stands for Dispening Doctor. 'ND' stands for Non Dispensing
Month of Joining: The next two digits are the month that you joined PSUK e.g. April is 04
Year of Joining: The next two digits are the year that you joined PSUK e.g. 2005 is shortened to 05
1st Two Letters of Postcode: The two letters are the first two letters of your practice postcode e.g. YO31 in York is shortened to YO
Random Letter: A random letter is added to the end to each account by month so ensure that each username remains unique.
Getting your Password
PSUK will send your Username and Password to each practice by email. This is sent to the designated practice email we have on file. If this is incorrect, please call PSUK to have this changed.
The designated email is only required as a means of contact and account administration. Once you have your username and password, anyone in your practice can login with these.
The guide below details how to change your password should you need to.
