Dispensary Errors in Practice in Association with Buttercups

About this Event
About this Educational Training Day

PSUK is delighted to invite you to the training seminar:
Dispensary Errors in Practice in association with Buttercups Training Ltd

Dispensing errors can sadly never be entirely eradicated. However, we can seek to reduce them by using risk management techniques and reporting tools to identify best dispensing and checking practice. During this workshop we learn to identify and analyse the reasons why errors occur, discuss the importance of robust standard operating procedures for checking as well as dispensing, and use risk assessment to devise error traps to minimise harm to our patients.
